Our name
Blazing Eye Gin is inspired by the unmistakable moment when excitement, passion, and connection come alive. The instant your “eyes start blazing.” Just as a person’s pupils naturally widen during moments of intense emotion, curiosity, and attraction.
The blazing eye
The golden eye or “blazing eye” featured on our bottle was inspired by Bahamian parrots who also exhibit “Eye Blazing” during heightened alertness further connecting us with the natural world and all things Bahamian.
Creating gin excellence. Nuance in every sip.
THE CRAFTING OF BLAZING EYE GIN
NEUTRAL SPIRIT BASE
A precise dual process marries classic juniper and coriander with distinctive Bahamian citrus botanicals, creating a clean foundation with refined structure. This careful base allows the gin to remain crisp, balanced, and expressive while giving the island-inspired flavors room to unfold naturally.
BOTANICAL CHARACTER
Combining vapor-infused juniper and coriander with tropical guava, bay leaf, and cocoplum creates a layered botanical profile that feels both familiar and unexpected. Each ingredient is selected to bring brightness, depth, and a subtle Bahamian influence that gives Blazing Eye its signature character.
RAIN WATER
Final proofing with purified rain water slowly softens the spirit, helping create a clean, balanced, and nuanced finish. This step refines the texture of the gin, allowing the citrus, tropical botanicals, and light juniper notes to come together with a smooth, polished clarity.
